Moises lyric errors: customer reports and editing options

Two September Moises reviews describe inaccurate lyric transcription. See what the accounts establish and where Moises documents manual editing.

What customers reported

Two distinct accounts on the Moises review listing, both with 27 September experience dates, describe lyric-recognition problems. One reports repeated incorrect words and difficulty following the lyric display while using iPads. The other says the transcription did not faithfully capture an original vocal performance. Exact app versions were not provided, and the second account does not establish its platform.

This is a report about the transcription feature used alongside music practice and remix workflows. It is not evidence that stem separation and lyric recognition share a fault. An earlier 24 September review described useful instrument separation while raising separate performance concerns, illustrating why different features should be assessed individually.

We have not accessed these accounts, heard the source recordings, or compared the generated text. Two reviews cannot establish an error rate, a recent regression, or the cause of an incorrect word. The experience date is not necessarily the date a review was published.

What Moises documents

Moises’ upload-and-edit guide identifies lyric transcription as a feature and states that editing transcribed lyrics is available in the web and desktop apps. It also notes that available options can differ by device.

That is a documented correction route for the text. It is not an acknowledgement of these reviewers’ specific experiences, a promise that recognition is always accurate, or confirmation that mobile editing has the same controls.

How to assess your own result

Before relying on a lyric display for rehearsal or a recording session, compare the text with the original words. Our suggested check is to note the exact line and audio timestamp where a mismatch appears, along with the device and app version. Keep lyric accuracy, display timing, and audio-separation quality as separate observations.

If manual correction fits your workflow, consult the provider’s web/desktop editing instructions. Correcting text should not be assumed to change the underlying audio or fix the timing of a display. Do not repeatedly process a track or upgrade a plan solely on the assumption that it will resolve the issue; the reviewed sources do not establish that outcome.

Current status and limits

As of 5 October 2026, the reviewed material does not establish a case-specific provider response or resolution. The general editing documentation remains the available provider guidance. We cannot confirm whether the same symptoms persist on the latest release or affect any particular subscription tier.
