Suno: paid-account access complaints remain unresolved
Two independent reviewers describe paying for accounts they could not access. An account with a 16 October experience date describes missing SMS login codes and a renewal reportedly assigned to an inaccessible older account. A second, with a 7 October experience date, says an active Pro subscription could not be matched to an accessible account despite earlier support contact. SMS/account report, subscription-access report.
We read both on the original Suno review listing; individual permalink retrieval was unavailable. The listing gives relative publication ages, so exact publication timestamps remain unknown. Neither account establishes a shared root cause, affected app version, regional outage or frequency. Purchases and private support exchanges were not independently verified. No case-specific company response was visible. A separate 6 October experience describes prompt billing help, which cautions against assuming all support cases fail.
Suno’s phone-login guidance acknowledges that some users encounter missing verification codes and directs them to support for account recovery. That general guidance does not acknowledge these particular cases. Its cancellation guidance distinguishes direct subscriptions from Apple/Google billing. Use the relevant billing channel and support-assisted recovery route; creating another paid account is not an established fix.
