From the cutoff below, the first category covers new vocal-song and instrumental audio made through MUVO's paid Mureka API account, including M4A and WAV copies. You can distribute, monetize, sell or license, edit, and use eligible audio in advertising, sponsored content, or client projects, subject to Terms version 1.1 and the rights in your inputs.

You can also use eligible audio as a soundtrack in a video you make elsewhere when you have the other required rights. MUVO-generated artwork, videos, and karaoke timing are separate outputs and are not included.

Every user, including complimentary credits

No subscription, additional MUVO royalty, or MUVO attribution is required. Starter and complimentary-credit creations qualify on the same basis as purchased-credit creations. Canceling a subscription does not remove permission for a song that already qualifies. Third-party rights and platform rules still apply.

The cutoff is the original generation confirmation

Song-audio cutoff: 28 October 2026 at 15:30:00 GMT+3 (Istanbul) / 28 October 2026 at 12:30:00 UTC.

Eligibility starts when MUVO accepts your original confirmation to generate the song. A job confirmed before the cutoff stays under the old restrictions even if it finishes afterward. A new download, export, title, or edit does not move an old song past the cutoff.

Older MUVO material retains its restrictions when reused in a new song, remix, or video. Historical Lyria songs and unreviewed provider/model changes are not covered by Mureka's clearance.

What remains outside this permission

• Older MUVO content and songs generated by other providers.
• Remix audio, stems, and generated instrument parts.
• Standalone generated text, artwork, images, and reusable visual assets.
• MUVO-generated music videos, including clean exports.
• Karaoke exports, synchronized lyrics, and lyric videos.

These outputs retain personal, noncommercial permission. Each additional category needs a separate review and a prospective effective timestamp in the eligibility table; there is no announced date for them.

Your inputs and your release still matter

You need commercial rights to any lyrics, recordings, samples, portraits, and other inputs you supply. Commercial permission does not guarantee exclusive copyright, registration, freedom from third-party claims, or acceptance by a distributor or platform. Infringement, deceptive endorsements, and training AI models on outputs remain prohibited.

A commercially licensed upload keeps the rights you already hold in that unprocessed recording. It does not make a MUVO remix or video commercially eligible.
